The room had comfortable beds! I appreciated the spacious room. Check-in was easy, and the staff was very helpful. The shower was also great. The toiletries smelled fabulous.
The room could use better lighting, I think.

The food was really good. My colleagues and I found the selections satisfying. The hotel's pub and grill provided a nice experience. I specifically appreciated the Buffalo Chicken Wrap. It was genuinely delicious and crispy.

The staff at reception were excellent and very helpful. I found the cleaning staff and waitresses were all excellent too- they were very friendly. Olivia, on reception, were really good too help me during a stressful situation.

the room had an iron and ironing board supplied. the bedding was clean and i found the bathroom well stocked with towels. shampoo and body wash were also provided (which i always appreciate).
the staff were not that friendly. i found the food quite poor and cold. it seemed like it was cooked a while ago, even though i came down for breakfast relatively early at 8:30.

The pillows were hard and disturbed my sleep. the bar service was poor. Staff seemed badly trained and lacked basic customer service skills. there were discrepancies between the menu and what was available. I ordered cheesecake but was told it was not stocked.
